Did you know that your Selling Agent cannot market your property, upload to the internet or show the property to prospective buyers without a Sale Contract.
Vogue Conveyancing can prepare a Sale Contract within 24-48 hours of receiving your instructions (some conditions do apply depending on the suburb/location of the property).
At Vogue Conveyancing we believe it’s important to take comprehensive and detailed instructions to protect you and your interests. Check out our video which demonstrates how we assisted one of our clients to resolve a major access issue during the course of an auction campaign.
